TMC² was launched as the successor to its highly successful predecessor, Time Machine Capital “TMC”.
TMC was formed in 2015 as an investment ‘club’ for its founders’ close friends and associates and over the past several years has returned between 400-700% to its investors.
Through the TMC experience we have learned much about how to optimise our original operating model to maximise benefits to our investor. Through these numerous modifications, such as ownership of our own AI lab and efficient tax structuring for investors, we have grown a proprietary model that is attractive to investors interested in multiple verticals.
EIS Eligibility
For UK based investors, TMC² has been structured as an EIS eligible investment vehicle. However, not all of TMC²’s assets will be eligible. Investments can be tailored to eligible assets to maximise the EIS benefit.
